Let’s talk about mental health…

Mental illness is widespread with at least one in five adults experiencing a mental illness in any given year.

9 Australians die every day by suicide. That’s more than double the road toll .

75% of those who take their own lives are male.

We are back!

The team from She Won’t Be Right Mate are holding another family-friendly fundraising Car show and family day again in 2024 and this year it is going to be A BIG ONE. Come down and join us for a day of fun, cars and conversation. So far we have raised over $60,000. Bring your mates, bring your family, bring your wallet. All proceeds raised on the day are going directly to Eastern Health Foundation.

Lets support the team at EH deliver lifesaving programs together. Got a few hours to spare? Some special skills? A bunch of helpful mates? We are looking for like minded volunteers to help us make this years event our biggest fundraiser to date and we’d love to have you on board.

We need your support

We are looking for local sponsors for our 2024 event. Partnering with us gives YOU and your business the opportunity to reach a broader and more diverse audience. By joining forces with SWBRM to help promote local health services, the benefits to your business will include:

  • Enhanced customer awareness, cross promotion & social media advertising.

  • Engagement with the local community.

  • Extending customer reach and networking with like minded individuals on the day.

  • As well as the opportunity to enhance brand image and build strategic alliances.

Supporting local mental health organizations demonstrates a commitment to the well being of the community your business operates in. At SWBRM we support those who support us (and those we love) when they need it most.

“Working in a heavily male dominated industry, unfortunately we’ve witnessed firsthand the devastating impact mental health can have, along with stigma that surrounds it, being involved with a well-executed event like She Won’t Be Right Mate that brings, not only awareness, but makes it ok to ask for help, was simply a no brainer for ARB.”
